Labour and Delivery

Labour and Delivery - $1200

• One consultation phone call - Free of charge with every one. A quick call to get an idea if timing and personalities work. We are a doula team, and both Tanya and I are happy to have a chat with you. You can decide if you'd rather one of us to be the main call for your birthing experience. 
• 2 prenatal visits to go over birth planning (+/- 2 hours per visit). This is where we deep dive into our hopes, fears, desires, and break down the plan. You also get to know us a bit better and we find out how to best support you. 
• Always available by text from date of hire. Of course call your health care provider if you are having anything very concerning happening, but we are there to support you through any questions or concerns you might have.
• On call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks until delivery (situational). Situational being if you're being induced early due to twins or other concerns. We will do everything in our power to be there prior to 38 weeks as well, so definitely give us a call. Being a team helps ensure that one of us can be there. 
• Support after delivery until settled with baby (1-3 hours). Home or hospital birth, we will be there for the immediate after delivery and support you until you're comfortable with baby. 

Full Service Package - $1500

• Everything in Labour and Delivery package
• 9 hours of additional postpartum support split up in 2-3 scheduled visits. These visits usually happen within the first 2 weeks of delivery. If you are looking for additional hours, please contact us and we can come up with a package specifically for you. We are happy to support with overnight care as well!
